Join Julie Battaglia from Lifespan for SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life) class at Beatrice Place.

This Lifespan evidence-based fall prevention program is centered around strength, balance, and fitness!

A suggested donation of $25 to Lifespan can be brought to class upon joining.

Fit N’ Flex is a low impact group exercise class focusing on gently increasing your heart rate, creating strength and increasing mobility.

No equipment is necessary.

Class is located in Valley Manor’s Music Lounge.

Have fun building heart health, strength, coordination, and balance.  We utilize a chair for part of the class, but it can be used for the entire workout if needed. All are welcome!

Join Brian Potvin, Director of Community Dementia Services at EpiscopalSeniorLife Communities for an interactive program designed to help you protect yourself against cognitive decline through simple, impactful lifestyle changes.

Lunch Menu: 

Turkey BLT Wrap Sandwich, Waldorf Cabbage Salad, Chips, and Bottled Water

$8.00 lunch fee payable at event.                                                                                                                                     (If you are a YMCA member you can register and pay at the NW YMCA front desk)
