Join us for a water fitness class that focuses on low-impact to gently work every major muscle group and joint; to improve balance; and foster a sense of connection among participants. This is a one hour class.
Maintaining Independence Through Exercise – Falls prevention program. A combination of both seated & standing exercises with the use of both hand & legs weights. equipment : hand weights, leg weights optional, pool noodle 1/4ed, small squeeze ball, sturdy chair, & sneakers. some equipment can be adapted.
