Join Brian Potvin, Director of Community Dementia Services at EpiscopalSeniorLife Communities for an interactive program designed to help you protect yourself against cognitive decline through simple, impactful lifestyle changes.
Lunch Menu:
Turkey BLT Wrap Sandwich, Waldorf Cabbage Salad, Chips, and Bottled Water
$8.00 lunch fee payable at event. (If you are a YMCA member you can register and pay at the NW YMCA front desk)

Maintaining Independence Through Exercise – Falls prevention program. A combination of both seated & standing exercises with the use of both hand & legs weights. equipment : hand weights, leg weights optional, pool noodle 1/4ed, small squeeze ball, sturdy chair, & sneakers. some equipment can be adapted.
