Join us outside of Ashley Woods for an Introduction to Tai Chi, part of Lifespan’s Information & Inspiration Series for older adults and caregivers. Tai Chi is designed to improve balance, lessen the risk of falling, reduce pain and increase range of motion. Program also available via GoToWebinar. Rain date: Tuesday, June 22, 11a-12p.
