Boost Your Immune System Naturally

Your immune system works hard every day—especially during cold and flu season. Supporting it with good nutrition, sleep, and mindful habits can make a big difference.
Tips:

  • Eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, especially seasonal favorites like squash, apples, and leafy greens.
  • Consider adding foods rich in vitamin C (citrus, bell peppers) and zinc (pumpkin seeds, legumes) to your diet.
  • Get plenty of rest and manage stress through relaxing activities like gentle yoga, reading, or time in nature.

Stay Current on Vaccines

October marks the beginning of flu season, and staying up to date on recommended vaccines is one of the best ways to protect yourself and those around you.
