1570 Gallery at Valley Manor Presents, “A Little Bit of Everything” by Kevin Tubiolo

December 8, 2022

I grew up in the Town of Irondequoit and still live there with Kari, my bride of thirty-seven years, and our three dogs, Jazzy, Mickey and Shelby. After twenty years of service in the Monroe County Treasury, I retired in 2019 to pursue my dream of a photography career.

Irondequoit aptly means “where the land and the waters meet.” The Town of Irondequoit borders Lake Ontario and the Irondequoit Bay, making it the perfect place to photograph spectacular sunrises, sunsets and wildlife.

As I get older, it is a little harder to get up early enough to photograph a sunrise, but when I do, I love feeling the cool sea breeze on my face and watching the miracle of the start of a new day.

Kari and I are often seen at local art shows and festivals, displaying and selling my photos. I have been very fortunate; my photography has been awarded “Best in Show” and 1st place at several shows and festivals. Kari says my favorite things to do at the shows and festivals are petting dogs and talking to potential buyers giving them the backstory of the photo they find interesting, and she is right!

When I am not out with my camera, I enjoy spending time with Kari and watching our 13-year-old grandson play baseball.

If you are interested in seeing more of my photos or finding out where we will be showing my photos, please check out my website: www.totlphotography.com.
