This outdoor class includes a walk with intervals, strength training with hand weights, and cool down/stretching. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace. Meets at Seabury Woods front entrance. If you have your own hand weights please bring them, if not, some will be available. Dress for the weather, wear good walking shoes/sneakers, a hat or visor, and WATER. **If it is raining class is cancelled**
