ESLC creates neighborhood-based options that are affordable, improve quality of life and connect seniors with services which support living well in the community. ESLC is dedicated to understanding broad gaps in senior programs as well as the unique needs within neighborhoods across the Rochester region. We are poised to offer a myriad of opportunities to support independence, community engagement, and enhance the health and welfare for individuals living at home.

The Neighborhood Program at Ellen’s Place connects residents and older adults in the surrounding community through wellness classes, social events and supportive services, fostering a strong sense of belonging.
The Neighborhood Program at St. Leo’s offers access to engaging activities, health education and community resources in a welcoming environment for seniors in Hilton and the surrounding area.

The Community Dementia Program provides compassionate, community-based education and support for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers, helping families navigate the challenges of memory loss with confidence and connection.
