Peter Michael Casartelli is a local artist working out of his studio in a variety of mediums, from the delicate pastel to vibrant oils. His focus on landscapes includes: urban, rural, seascapes and even still life create a diverse and interesting body of work.

Being self-taught from an early age, he has shown commitment and passion about his craft. Using different mediums to express moods and textures, which is present through all great artwork that inspires his creativity.

Great artists who inspire him: Matisse, Edgar Degas, Monet, John Singer Sargent, and Henri de Toulouse Lautrec.

As a member of the Greater Rochester Plein Air Painters has enriched his skills in observing nature, light and colors. Most recently he has joined with the Railroad Street Artwork exhibiting his body of work and workshops in Fairport, NY.

This show will be open from February 26, 2025 – April 13, 2025, and is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
