ESLC Welcomes College Greene Senior Apartments

Episcopal SeniorLife Communities (ESLC) is pleased to announce that as of Friday, October 30, after several months of due diligence and careful coordination, College Greene Senior Apartments has joined ESLC’s family of programs and services!

This addition is a natural fit with our mission and reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding access to comfortable, active adult housing in our region — creating more opportunities for older adults to live well and thrive.

About College Greene

Located at 45 College Greene Drive in North Chili, College Greene is nestled in the charming College Greene neighborhood, just across from Roberts Wesleyan University. The building features 110 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a private porch or balcony.

Community Amenities:

  • Spacious Community Room with Kitchen
  • Billiard Room
  • Beauty Salon
  • Fitness Center
  • Library
  • Walking Trails
  • Two Large Ponds with Gazebo
  • Large Patio, Front Porch & Gardens

In the coming years, we will be conducting community and apartment renovations, bringing new energy to an already picturesque building.

We are thrilled that the small, yet mighty staff have chosen to join our team. Their commitment to resident well-being, community programming, volunteer engagement and the beautiful stewardship of the property is truly outstanding. We look forward to getting to know each of them better as well as the residents and families.

Originally developed by Nelson and Norman Leenhouts, College Greene is a beautiful realization of their vision for quality housing and strong community. We are grateful to the Leenhouts family for entrusting ESLC with the privilege of carrying their legacy of good work forward.
