    In support of Episcopal SeniorLife Communities operations, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive and administrative support to the EVP/CFO and the leadership team. This will include but may not be limited to calendar and logistics management, Board and committee coordination and support, event and meeting coordination, project management and reconciliation of expenses.

    The food service worker is primarily responsible for a variety of kitchen duties. The food service worker will have the ability to perform duties as a unit cook, unit wait staff, utility worker, bulk service floor server or nourishment person. The food service worker will perform duties in compliance with established Episcopal SeniorLife policies and procedures and will perform them in a professional manner. This position may/will be required to provide direct care or have access to resident property or belongings.

    This position is responsible for the entire hiring process and consults with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies and tactics for positions within Episcopal SeniorLife Communities. Works closely with the VP of HR/OD and Hiring Managers to benchmark process, adjust strategy, set expectations and drive the hire/no hire decision. Employs a variety of creative sourcing strategies to attract and acquire a highly talented and diverse workforce in an efficient, cost effective manner. Coaches hiring managers on selection strategy and behavioral interviewing. Evaluates candidates through phone screens and interviews. Maintains other data such as EEO information, as well as manages the integrity of the ATS for EEO reporting purposes.

    The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant works under the direction of the Occupational Therapist to assist in the overall assessment and treatment of residents carry out the treatment plan, as set forth by the Occupational Therapist and approved by the Physician.
