My Sister’s Gallery Presents, “My Trip to Ireland” by Ann Limbeck

Ann is a retired NYS Art Teacher; she taught elementary and middle school. Currently, she teaches adults in the Brighton Recreation Program and often volunteers to teach at the Eastside YMCA. She belongs to the Pittsford Art Group and The Greater Rochester Plein Air Painters (GRPAP). GRPAP has over 150 members, and offers opportunities to meet and paint outside at least once a week all year. Although her greatest love in art was using clay, she also enjoys the challenge of oil painting.

Ann is a wife, mother and grandmother, which is fulfilling to her in every sense of the word. This summer she is planning to visit Italy and Greece, and is excited to take her sketchbook and water color paints to capture everything she sees! This current exhibit showcases her trip to Ireland and the idyllic country-side.
