ESLC is proud to partner with UR Medicine Group for our medical services. The physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners are some of the most highly trained Geriatric specialists in the region, and experts at managing the often complex care of older adults. Our providers visit residents in their room, apartment or on-site office area for consultation, annual physicals, or an as needed basis.
