• Licensed Practical Nurse- Per Diem openings available. Requires 4 shifts per month including 2 weekend shifts. Requires NYS LPN licensure, 1 year LPN experience and minimum 2 weeks of day orientation.
• Certified Nursing Assistants: Full-time (30 – 37.5 hrs/week) benefit eligible position positions available. Prior experience preferred. Must be able to commit to day shift orientation (2 week minimum). Requires excellent attendance as verified by prior experience. Must enjoy working with seniors. Part time (22.5 hrs/week) benefits eligible positions available. Prior experience preferred. Must be able to commit to day shift orientation (2 week minimum). Requires excellent attendance as verified by prior experience. Must enjoy working with seniors. Per Diem openings available. Must be able to commit to day shift orientation (2 weeks). Requires 4 shifts per month including 2 weekend shifts. Requires minimum of 1 year prior experience. Eligible for an enhanced rate of pay.
• RN Nursing Supervisor: per diem positions available (day, evening & night shifts on weekdays and weekends). Must have NYS RN licensure and prior supervisory experience.  
• Environmental Services Worker: (1) per diem position available. Must be available days/evenings and weekends. Six months environmental services experience preferred. Maintain cleanliness on nursing units, public areas/office. May be required to lift /push, pull and or move equipment in excess of 50lbs. Position requires a HS Diploma or a GED.
• Utility Worker: Part time position(s) available. Must be available to work Tues. -Saturday between the hours of 4pm-7:30pm or Mon, & Tues. 4pm – 7:30pm. Performs duties to maintain kitchen work area, equipment and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly fashion. Sweep and mop floors, collect and dispose properly of all trash and recyclables and deliver stock to assigned locations.  

• Resident Care Assistant: (1) full time night benefit eligible position available.  Monday – Friday and alternating weekends, Must have HHA certification and enjoy working with the elderly.
• Utility Worker: Part time position available at Seabury Woods. Monday & Tuesdays 11a – 7p.  Performs duties to maintain kitchen work area, equipment and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly fashion. Sweep and mop floors, collect and dispose properly of all trash and recyclables and deliver stock to assigned locations.  
• LPN – Full–time (30 hr. – 3p–11p e/o weekend)  

• Resident Care Assistant: Per diem positions available. Must have HHA certification and enjoy working with the elderly. Must be available to work all shifts including: days/evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• LPN – (Full-Time, 30 hour) (15 hour days/15 hours evenings). The LPN reports to the Resident Care Director.. Current license and registration as a licensed practical nurse and two years’ experience with older adults. Strong team approach to working with other staff.
